New Service! SPINAL DECOMPRESSION (IDD THERAPY)
Spinal decompression (IDD therapy) is a clinically proven, non-surgical approach to treating pain by encouraging spinal regeneration to correct the underlying cause of pain for issues such as degenerative disc disease, herniated discs and sciatica.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES
We teach our patients special "Blue Print" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises are first performed in the office to make sure they are done propertly and then can be done in the comfort of your home. These exercises improve the correction of your spine 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and corrective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.
